Wilderness (2025) - Kelvin Yuen

Wilderness (2025) - Kelvin Yuen

Kelvin Yuen, a landscape photographer from Hong Kong, is the first Chinese individual to win The International Landscape Photographer of the Year Award, and The EPSON International Pano Award.  He is the only Chinese photographer to have won the 'Photographer of the Year' awards of these prestigious international competitions.

Kelvin's works capturing the natural landscapes of Hong Kong have been featured on a stamp set titled "Hong Kong Natural Landscapes—Mountains," making him the first photographer in the region to have a complete set of stamps issued in his name. He is an official collaborating photographer for the Hong Kong Geopark and has worked with various international brands, including Cathay Pacific, The North Face, and HSBC.

Since launching his photo book《KELVINISM》, Kelvin has consistently pursued excellence, continuously pushing boundaries with his extreme photography project, WILDERNESS EXPEDITION. He never stops exploring the world's most magnificent wilderness landscapes, merging nature and art while upholding the ideals of "Professional, Precise, Perfect, Supremacy".

This collection features 100 images from the "WILDERNESS EXPEDITION" series, showcasing remote wilderness locations around the globe, including the world's highest Himalayas, the remote Northwest Territories of Canada, undeveloped areas in China, and the pristine regions of Patagonia in South America. Most of the works were never before published.

The entire project took over three years, from planning to on-site shooting, and it involved numerous high-altitude and extreme shooting conditions. This painstaking labour of love is truly worthy of being collected.

  • Kelvin Yuen's second epic collection of nature landscape artwork
  • Series of works from the 2024 International Pano Award Winner
  • A total of 100 images from remote wilderness locations worldwide, with most never published (new works will also be added to this collection)
  • Behind-the-scenes insights into the expedition shooting process
  • 29.6cm x 29.6 cm size hard cover book, 120 pages, 170g Japanese paper
  • Made and printed in Hong Kong, ISBN 978-988-70369-8-2
